Trust your gut

When someone is visibly upset and crying, the last thing they need is to feel scrutinized or questioned about what has them so upset. By acknowledging and accepting their tears without judgment, we create a safe space for them to express their feelings as they need it. Offering to sit with them communicates empathy, and helps them feel supported.

Sometimes we need a reminder that we aren’t alone and that our pain is real and accepted. A little comfort and reassurance during times of grief and vulnerability can go a long way. We all have the ability to help others feel seen, heard, and supported, all of which can have a powerful impact on healing.

Just be.

Stop putting timelines and deadlines on your healing, and just be.

Be kind to yourself, be patient with your process.

Be a little selfish with your energy, and drink cups of self-love unapologetically.❤
