Ivana is co-founder of the Jewell Jackson McCabe Emerging Leaders Institute, Inc. (Headquarters in Atlanta, GA). Named after and celebrating Jewell Jackson McCabe, the founder of The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, this non-profit leadership institute develops and sustains the global leader within each woman. Emerging Leader Institute offers core programming focused on the professional business woman, collegiate, high school, and middle grades.

As a thriving survivor of emotional & domestic violence, Ivana served on the Board of Directors of Women Healing Women, Inc. Through support, education, advocacy, counseling, resources and services; this 501(c) 3 organization was committed to the holistic healing of women survivors of emotional, sexual and domestic violence. This organization focused on long-term survivor issues and provided services to marginalize communities.
