Doesn't it just feel GREAT knowing that you are doing something healthy for your body, mind, and spirit?
We often think of the gym 🏋️ or the course or whatever space your workout is in as the place where we build our bodies but we also strengthen our mind, improve creativity, and ultimately enhance our resilience for whatever life tosses our way. The toughest part is to just start and motivation isn't just something that happens, it is actually earned through consistent discipline.

Confession time:

When programming for clients, I strive to include exercises that better their overall quality of life.
•
Some exercises aren’t as obvious as others.
•
For me, it’s farmer carry. Yes, I know all the anatomy and such behind the exercise; but when do carrying 40+ lb. dumbbells for a length of distance come in handy… this week. 😝
•
When carrying two massage tables in and out of locations from one’s car all week during the Masters tournament. ⛳️
•
My body felt strong, the tables weren’t a burden, and our 20+ clients were all happy. 😁
