Dear Patients,
As previously announced, Drs. Simon and Glick have made plans to relocate and re-brand as separate offices. The final day for North Shore Dentstry for Children will be Friday, August 25th. After that date, we will be focused on relocatng, with both new offices open for clinical care beginning September 5th.
All patients will contnue seeing their preferred providers, with scheduled appointments remaining unchanged. You may wish to transfer your records to another office, if so, please let us know at your soonest convenience, so that we may provide you with documents to allow the release of your child’s records.
