What oh what is Chef lpairing with Migration Chardonnay and Pinot Noir at our dinner on Thursday 5/9? Heritage Berkshire Pork Tenderloin with first-of-the-season pickled peaches and fava beans, of course!
“When working on the pairing with these wines, as they will be served side by side – I had to find something that could show off both wines. The Chardonnay has aromas of honey and stone fruit – that brought a nice roasted pork tenderloin to mind. The pinot noir has red fruit flavors of cherry and cranberry with a slight hint of orange and aromatic spice. I am certain that the pickled peaches, that will have a hint of the aromatic spice will be a good compliment to the flavors of the wines.” - Chef .
