Experience a uplifting and transformative sound bath focused on the throat chakra and confidence, led by our very own Miss Wyoming representative, Lexi Revelli, on Thursday, Aug 15 at 6:30 pm at the Bear River Fire Circle. Lexi is passionate about elevating others and creating a supportive community. And we couldn't think of a better way to send her off than by hosting a soundbath with her! The event is $20 per person, and we encourage you to bring your own, blankets, and pillows for a comfortable. Let us know if you plan to come so we have an idea of how many yoga mats to bring. So excited about the up coming new moon sound bath this Wednesday at 6pm! It will by at Intuitive Parents Physical Therapy office. Which use to be the old DMV office across from the rec center! You won't want to miss this one! Mark going on the event so we bring plenty if yoga mats! As always we encourage you to bring pillows and blankets to be more comfortable!

So excited to announce that Jen owner of JP Health Center will be coming back April 11-16 to do blood analysis appointments at my office. Its amazing what 1 blood drop of blood can show us about what's happening inside the body. Looking at the blood can show the body's strengths, weaknesses, and what the body is ready to get rid of. It can give information about specific organs, possible infections, and so much more. Appointments are $65 and take 1 hour. You can message me to schedule with her.

It's been on our hearts to make Sundays Daylight Savings Yoga/Soundbath Event donation based to make it accessible to all who desire to join us! So if it feel right to honor your body🧘‍♀️ and help you adjust to the time change we would love to have you there! Please let us know if you plan to come by clicking going on the event! It just gives us an idea what to plan for! You also are welcome to join us for just Yoga or just the sound bath if you like.

Sound bath will begin about 5:55 so there is a 10 min break between! As always we encourage blankets and pillows to be more comfortable for the Sound bath! Hope to see you there!

I have so much graditude in my heart for all of my clients, for being so understanding and allowing me to be fully in the season of life that I am. Thank for being so supportive of me being a working mama. I can't tell you all how much I appreciate you all for your encouragement and acceptance.
I am definitely too hard on myself at times. One of my biggest fears as I finally got to become a mom was being the best mom I could be but also still being a good buisness owner too (my buisness had been my baby for so long). It's allows on my mind how to balance my 2 loves! Making sure my clients still feel well taken care of while not missing out on my baby growing up and all the little moments that happen each day. I am also grateful my mom is just a phone call away and willing to take her on a little drive when she is fight a nap.

She is my little assistant but I swear there's times she knows more than I do. I'm so grateful to be a mom AND a buisness owner. Thank you all for your support. 💕
