This position involves people skills and maintaining current vendor relationships, as well as the ability to research and present key information. A background in construction would be helpful.

The development company owns and manages a 132,000 sqft portfolio of mixed use buildings within Westchester, all of which is part of a long term vision of renovation and conversion into new uses and buildouts.
We currently have under construction 15,500 sqft of conversion for 15 new apartments, which is the tip of the iceberg.

This person will be responsible for advancing our prototype set and implementing a series of permits for several office building conversions to apartments.

Working under an executive who has an architectural license, you will be responsible for end to end management and management of junior architects.

This position would entail meeting contractors, prospective tenants, and existing tenants on site to provide access. They would be addressing tenant supplies to make sure they are stocked. Light skills with tools would be beneficial.

We are looking to hire an HVAC technician to work with us either part-time or fulltime to maintain and service our 7 office buildings in Westchester, IL. This would be 1099 and hourly.
After a few weeks you would be assessed whether you can take highly profitable commission based contracts for our sister company Premium Home Service.
For a skilled candidate this can be a very lucrative position.
