🇲🇽 Inspired by Puebla, Mexico, the Al Pastor packs the flavor of our house pineapple sauce, a mozzarella blend, provolone, Al Pastor pork, red onion, house pickled jalapeños for a little punch, and fresh cilantro. It’s the perfect combination of sweet, salty and savory and one of our favorite unique creations.

👏 We couldn’t do what we do without Gina Videa! As our Employee and Business Development Manager, Gina works hard to attract and develop our employees and to support the mission of creating a better food culture by executing authentic foods from around the world.
Born and raised in Nicaragua, Gina graduated from the University of Mobile with a bachelor's in Global Business and Marketing and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana. Her background includes sales, marketing, and education, she’s passionate about helping people develop their careers, and her proven leadership skills have driven consistency into our extremely diverse workforce across the different restaurant concepts. 🍗 We’re excited to announce the addition of chicken wings to our menu! We offer two kinds of cold smoked and baked wings: naked and herb crusted.
Our herb crusted wings are made with za’atar, a blend of ground sumac (dried berry), thyme, oregano, cumin, and sesame seeds. It pairs perfectly with our white sauce, made with yogurt, seasoned with lemon, parsley, cilantro, and mint.

We’re excited to introduce Evan Mooney, our new Operations Manager for Pangea Pizzeria , 2nd Language, Pangea Kitchen, and Sazon Y Fuego! Evan is well traveled and highly experienced after working in large cities around the country. He’s a consummate hospitality professional with the skills to lead front and back of house, as well as our growing portfolio of restaurant concepts and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have him join us.

- Has held various management roles at prestigious hotels, like The Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA and The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas, NV
- Was General Manager for various restaurants under the guidance of hospitality groups Misery Loves Company, Lombardi Family Concepts, and Exxir Hospitality in Dallas, TX
- Husband to Ann, dad to Archer
- Says his favorite menu item is impossible to choose, but loves each restaurant’s monthly specials and seeing our team innovate and create new things

Un-brie-lievably Apricot is our featured pizza for May! It’s made with a savory apricot spread base, topped with provolone, brie, and Genoa salami, and then finished with rosemary oil and scallions.
