The Tibetan Himalayan Singing bowl has rich tones with deep resonance. Often these delicate tones aren’t heard from a long distance like the crystal bowls. So during a group sound journey when there is efficient room for me to walk around then I will use the metal bowls to give a bit of a personal experience during the group session.

I apologize about the late post for this months group sound sessions. As the word continues to travel along the tri-state area, I’m beginning to get several appointments scheduled ahead of time for group sound journey’s.
I also travel out for large group settings and scheduling around those as well.

Today my favorite place, Bowlify has their open house this morning off of Main St. Evansville, IN. Their bowls are delicious 🤤 😋
I’m SO excited they are just down the street from Welborn Plaza.

The Shaman Drum; my personal favorite 🤩
My Shaman Drum has slowly been making its place into our sound healing sessions and clients love its vibrational frequency. Some find it similar to the gong in its sense of deep resonant vibrational feeling when played.

Shaman Drumming in a sound healing session is another healing frequency that helps the body, mind and spirit realign, center & ground.
It is very grounding and will bring your mind to a state of present awareness.
Often we can get stuck in the mind about our future or past. When it’s the present moment that we all can thrive in depending on your perception of it.

I know a few group sound sessions that will get to experience the Shaman Drumming today.
