We’re excited to share this month’s featured pizzas, tacos, and wings! Stop by and try them for a limited time.

Detroit: Broken Barbeque, made with pork loin slices, sauteed onions, sweet corn, and a provolone and mozzarella blend, and then finished with a house-made barbeque sauce and a vinegar slaw.

Neapolitan: Amatriciana, with an Amatriciana sauce, mozzarella, and sausage slices, then finished with Pecorino Romano and basil.

Wings: tossed in a cranberry and chipotle sauce. Sweet with a little kick of spice at the end!

Tacos: Al Pastor with charred pineapple, finished with an avocado crema.

Check out our featured pizzas, tacos, and wings for March! Our team enjoys coming up with new menu items for you to try!

Baked and Loaded: A Detroit style pizza made with charred green onion, a provolone and cheddar blend, baked potatoes, and charred marinated onions, topped with a sour cream mustard sauce, and finished with house made vegetarian bacon bits and chives.

Paraiso: A Neopolitan style pizza made with mozzarella cheese, topped with seared ahi tuna and guasacaca (Venezuelan avocado sauce), and finished with micro greens.

The tacos are made with an onion, tomato, poblano pepper, and shrimp stir fry, and topped with cilantro, red onion coleslaw, and a mayo chipotle sauce.

The wings have a sweet and savory pineapple sauce, made with pineapple, onion, garlic, ginger, and honey.

Did you know we infuse our own liquor and syrups? The amazing flavor from the ingredients we use are combined for a delicious, truly custom cocktail.

Rose Colored Glasses: slightly bitter and floral. Made with Ramazotti Aperativo Rosato, Libelula tequila, and Cocchi Americano, stirred with a twist of lemon. Served on a big cube.

Voodoo Mama: smokey with a touch of heat and sweet. Made with chipotle pepper infused Banhez mezcal, house Falernum, house genuine, and lime juice. Served on the rocks.

Doctor's Orders: this one is sure to keep the doctor away! Crafted with Bank Note blended scotch, Dry Curaco orange liqueur, burnt honey, turmeric, and lemon. Served up with a brandied cherry and orange slice.

With today being National Pizza Day, I wanted to reflect a bit and say thank you to all of our customers who have supported our dream to bring new styles of pizza to Evansville. Without your support none of this would have been possible.

We opened our doors at Pangea Kitchen 8 years ago this March 1st. We were the first Tri-state restaurant to offer certified Neopolitan pizza and Detroit style pizza.

In July of 2022, we introduced our latest new pizza to the market, Neo-Neopolitan pizza, at Pangea Pizzeria downtown next to 2nd Language. This style is a prominent offering in markets like Portland and Philadelphia. It offers the same San Marzano tomatoes and 00 flour imported from Italy with fresh mozzarella in large format ideal for slices. You will find this crust to be more crispy than Neopolitan pizza with the same charring to impart flavor from a high temp oven.

I visited Chris BIanco's restaurant, Pizzeria Bianco, in Phoenix, AZ, in 1992. I knew then that the first thing I wanted to offer when I got into the restaurant business was Neopolitan pizza. So, years later, when I retired from Berry Global, that's what I did. My goal from day one has been to create a better food culture in our community by widening our perspective of foods from regional to a global scale. I'm passionate about ethnic foods executed with no shortcuts.

We hope you try all of our pizza offerings in 2024, if you haven’t already. If you can’t make it to one of our restaurants this weekend, please support the locally owned pizza operators.

Detroit Pizza: The Hot Brown, with ham, turkey, bacon, oven roasted tomatoes, a gouda and fontina cheese blend, and a mornay sauce. Finished with fresh thyme.

Neapolitan Pizza: My De-Lite, with shrimp, oven roasted zucchini, broccoli, gouda cheese, a romesco sauce, and finished with shaved gouda and charred green onions.

Rose Colored Glasses: slightly bitter and floral. Made with Ramazotti Aperativo Rosato, Libelula tequila, and Cocchi Americano, stirred with a twist of lemon. Served on a big cube.

Birria-Style Torta: birria-style rib-eye, Oaxacan cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, avocado, red onion, and salsa verde.

Doctor's Orders: this one is sure to keep the doctor away! Crafted with Bank Note blended scotch, Dry Curaco orange liqueur, burnt honey, turmeric, and lemon. Served up with a brandied cherry and orange slice.

Wings: árbol chili and tamarind sauce, finished with sesame seeds.

Voodoo Mama: smokey with a touch of heat and sweet. Made with chipotle pepper infused Banhez mezcal, house Falernum, house genuine, and lime juice. Served on the rocks.
