Kitchen Remodel bringing the 1990s into 2023 and beyond! We removed the wall between the kitchen and living room so that we could change the direction of the kitchen, create an island and expand it overall. We were not able to match the original Russian Maple flooring, so we installed a hexagon floor tile and blended it into the original flooring in a fun, asymmetrical way. Location- Kemore, WA

This handmade home in Seattle was ready for a new kitchen that functioned well. The house was made by the owner over 80 years ago, all out of cedar paneling. There was not a sheet of drywall anywhere. We were able to remove a load bearing wall to make the kitchen larger and utilize dead space to make a pantry. By exploring how the clients use the kitchen, we were able to place specific functioning cabinets in specific places for maximum efficiency. Finishing it off with white shaker cabinets, a custom blue hutch, integrated Miele appliances and of course a farm sink.

There is no way to describe how much this new kitchen changed the feel of the whole home. The main reason is because we moved it to take advantage of the view of the Puget Sound. The previous location did not share any views of the water. This simple new kitchen has a mix of it all- a little traditional, a little modern- and my absolute favorite natural quartz- Fantasy Brown!

Here in the unpredictable predictable Pacific Northwest, we are always looking for new ways to enjoy the sun and stay dry- what better way than a Sun Room Addition? This elegant home is large and spacious, but didn't have much sun on the main floor. Our solution was to replace the deck off the kitchen with a full sunroom. We intentionally styled the architecture to match the home so it would look like it was original to the home and not an addition. Amazing!

What do you do with a large master bedroom without an attached bath? Carve one in there of course! Another great project with out friends at Shirey Home Pro- featuring a classic, simple design that feels clean and warm (not just because of the heated floors of course :P) The window was existing and also doubles as the bedrooms fire egress, so we didn't change its size, but we did frost the window for privacy. Not only is there quartz on the vanity, there are also quartz accents on the shower curb and wall to wall shower niche. The large wall tiles are offset by the charming porcelain mosaic tiles on the floor.

His and hers vanities are just the start in this clean and simple black and white master bath remodel. Sophisticated styling created with Carrara marble, white cabinets, chrome Brizo faucets and black accents. The floor features a classic natural marble mosaic with a white marble border seamlessly wrapping the floor and shower. In this 100+ year old home, it is believed that the shower area was originally a nursery connected to the master bedroom and the skylight was already existing. We replaced it with a new one that is operable and put a custom shower niche wrapped in marble centered under it.

A small project, but packs a punch! Using 3D technology, we created a view of the homes exterior potential and the client was sold! New dramatic paint packs a punch paired with a 14' NanaDoor window wall. Complemented by black accents, trim and tigerwood decking. A much better fit for its surrounding Bellevue community!

Stunning kitchen remodel of a spec home. Utilizing one of our favorite Fitchisms- Modern families do not need a small kitchen table and a dining room both attached to the kitchen- we absorbed the space where the kitchen table was and expanded the kitchen. Effectively doubling its size and changing its workflow direction- the baker of the family now has plenty of space to create separate work and prep areas. Two tone Showplace cabinetry, quartz counters, and warm brass Bradbury pulls create a warm inviting kitchen. We used changes in elevations and materials to create interest and contrast in this long large kitchen.

Fancy this modern bathroom remodel? We are in love with this bathroom remodel that mixes in traditional elements in a fully modern bathroom design. Mixed color mosaic hex tiles on the floor, beveled white subway tile and champagne bronze metals bring in an array of textures and colors. Those exquisite plumbing fixtures are from Riobel- a new brand of the Rohl family.

Part of a 100+ whole house remodel near Greenlake- this is the main bathroom on the main floor. We were called in to remodel the main floor and double the existing living space by turning the basement into a fully finished living space adding 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a generous laundry room.

😍 Inspired by the video game Fallout- this 40's revival kitchen is a standout kitchen that creates its own category. 😍 This gamer Mercer Island couple loved the video game so much, they wanted to recreate it in their own home!

It might surprise you to know those appliances are not vintage- they are brand new, made by Bill Chill and styled to look vintage. Even more incredible, Armstrong still makes the same vinyl composition tiles in black and white! Accented by off white cabinetry and rare curved open shelves for tchotchkes.

What about the backsplash you ask? Let me tell you - its Fiesta. Fiesta ware is not just for eating on anymore- Limelight Tile and Ceramics in Pittsburgh has a collaboration with Fiesta to make tile that matches thiier tableware. Crazy!!😝
