This cute little frog was designed for my business partner , who serves as my admin assistant in all of her spare time.

She is constantly asking, "What's my frog?" If you are not familiar with the concept, it's an amazing read about putting first things first and priorizing your schedule to tackle the big important projects first, vs. chasing tadpoles.

Never mind me over here chasing my tadpoles because I have so many.

The weather is giving me tropical vibes, or maybe my brain is just saying it needs a break and a tropical drink.

Today is Autism Awareness Day, and a day we stop and appreciate those who maneuver the world with a different ability.

Whether the person talk non-stop or not at all, walk like a duck or like a soldier, don't make eye-contact or stare at you with a blank look, they are all people trying to navigate the stress of life within the box they live in. Those with autism simply have a different ability to handle life.

Today we stop and appreciate the differences in people recognize the struggles Autistic people have in our world.

Having two boys with Autism, I have seen the many struggles and have learned to appreciate their struggles...even when it's a struggle for me and I want to pull my hair out.
