Happy Labor Day weekend! Tomorrow, September 1st is our 8 year anniversary of owning the restaurant. We are going to be open from 10 to 7 with our full menu, breakfast served all day, and Happy Hour from 3 to 7. Come help Vince, Michelle, Mike and I celebrate eight years of ownership working side by side and still talking to each other!!! 😆 This family business life is no joke and requires patience, dedication and hard work. We are blessed and so grateful to all of our customers who have helped to make us successful. So many of you are more like friends and family members ❤️, not just patrons. Thanks for getting us through two tough years during the pandemic and Covid. We appreciate all of you!!! Vince is making extra cinnamon rolls for the special occasion. It's National Margarita Day!!! We'll have our happy hour menu all night, until we close at 7 PM. Scratch, Cadillac, spicy, mango, raspberry, strawberry, prickly pear and peach flavors. CHEERS!

Happy Valentine's Day from The New Mexicans! Come in today from 3 to 9 for dinner and enjoy a $10 special large Valentine margarita (strawberry, raspberry or my favorite prickly pear). Michelle baked her famous Reese's chocolate peanut butter cream pies and her delicious coconut cream pies for dessert. And of course the best carrot cake on the planet is available. Bring in your valentine tonight!

Join us this MONDAY, 1/29 from 6 - 9 PM as we reintroduce our happy hour food menu along with KARAOKE! We'll have our happy hour drink menu available, too. We've also added HORCHATA to our list of tasty beverages! BTW, have you tried our rack of ribs?!?! We'll see you on Monday!

Our friends (and next door neighbors) Everett Santa Photos took great care of us, like they do every year. 🎅🏼 If you haven't booked your session with them yet, do it now! You won't be sorry. 🎄 Also, we will be open on Sunday, Christmas Eve, normal hours, 10 AM - 3 PM. We will open back up Wednesday 12/27, 3 PM - 7 PM.

It's that time of year again, with Thanksgiving right around the corner. Our baker is now taking holiday pie orders! Pecan pies $35, cream pies $30 and pumpkin pies $25. Cream pie options are coconut, Oreo, Reese's, banana, butterscotch and Butterfinger. Pick up pies on Wednesday 11/22 between 3 PM and 7 PM. Make your orders here on Facebook Messenger. She's only taking a limited amount, so get your orders in ASAP!

SPECIAL EVENT at The New Mexicans from 5 to 8 tonight. Come out and support Garfield Elementary, a local community school here in Everett. We are donating a portion of the proceeds to their PTA program. Limited menu available for dining in as well as take out orders. Let us cook for the family this evening!

Hey everyone! We will be open on Memorial Day this year from 10 to 3 to feed all of you attending the Cruzin' to Colby car show on Monday. We are closed on Sunday the 28th, the day before. Looking forward to serving you all on this special holiday.
