Each week, we will have a specialty menu combining one food or drink item from Chicago, along with one from our opponent’s home state / locale. To kick off the season against the Tennessee Titans, we will have the following $20 pairing for gameday:

📣 Update 2 (a little delayed – sort of my brand at this point): We have officially upgraded and DOUBLED the size of our outdoor patio! 🌴 This includes new high tops, lighting, and additional standard patio seating for our amazing customers! We have plans to install radiant heaters to keep it open as long as possible into the cooler months! ☀️

📢 Update 1: We are officially beginning Porter Cullens Brunch every Saturday and Sunday starting TOMORROW from 9:30AM – 1:30PM! The menu combines some of our regular house favorites (salads, sandwiches, egg rolls) with inspired breakfast and brunch creations! New items include:

🥞 Pancakes Trio: trio of blueberry, chocolate chip, and cinnamon pancakes, powdered sugar, choice of blueberries or strawberries, bacon or sausage

🕰️ One year ago today, I was graciously handed the reins of Porter Cullens from Anne, Jerry, Jill and Mike. While I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, I was certain of some inevitabilities: things would break, neighbors might be skeptical, staff might be nervous, and my family and friends would suffer.

One year in, I was sorta right, but mostly wrong (so is the story of my life). As I reflect on our first anniversary together, I can only think of one word: Gratitude.

I did not know how my first year would unfold, but I can now tell you, it blew past all of my expectations. I’ve been humbled and overwhelmed by the constant support of everyone around me (even those I’d never met) – the cheerleading, the confidence, the reassuring words – this community welcomed me with open arms – and gave me honest feedback when I needed it most. So today, while we celebrate one year since Porter Cullens officially switched hands, I want to take a moment and celebrate you – all of you:

- To our unbelievable customers – THANK YOU – thank you for constantly believing in me, giving me ideas, supporting our operations and making sure I never fell too far off the track ❤️

- To my staff – THANK YOU – thank you for your support and loyalty, handling all of my changes with grace (mostly 😜), and for believing in the vision of Porter Cullens, even when it was hard to see 🙏

- To my friends and family – THANK YOU – thank you, for tolerating my spirals in and out of lunacy (more in than out), and loving me anyway 🥹

We have made tremendous strides in taking Porter Cullens to the next level, and I cannot wait to share with you all some of the exciting things we have in store for the next year! I look forward to hearing your ideas, adding your favorite dishes, and more than anything, building on the relationships I’ve been fortunate enough to gain over the last year.

So today, I say: Cheers to all of you! Cheers to one year! And cheers to my genuine passion & love, Porter Cullens! Slainte! ☘️
