Buffalo Mountain Apparel Company and Bluebird Kids Clothing Company in Breckenridge are hiring! We are looking to fill both full and part-time positions.

Buffalo Mountain Apparel Company and Bluebird Kids Clothing Company are new, family- owned clothing stores in Breckenridge with a strong commitment to excellent customer service and a positive impact on the local community. We strive to offer a livable wage and health recreation benefits for our full-time employees.

Positions available:
Both year-round and seasonal positions, part time and full time, for retail associates and store manager. All positions have the opportunity to advance within the company. Be a part of a new growing team!

Benefits & Wages (varies depending on position):
-Starting pay is between: part time positions $15 - $17 hourly, full time positions $16 - $19 hourly, manager position salaried $38,000 - $50,000
-Season pass (or end of the season bonus)
-Health insurance
-Monthly sales bonuses
-Some positions eligible for PTO
-Low stress work environment but motivated sales team
-The opportunity to work with a locally owned company with plenty of chances for advancement and growth

Qualifications
-Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
-Excellent customer service
-Retail and/or customer service experience is a huge plus
-Strong understanding of guest service in a resort market
-Strong understanding of general customer service
-Strong communication skills
-Efficient computer skills and basic POS system proficiency
-Accurate cash handling
-Ability to efficiently an accurately cash out customers
-Must be reliable

Job Duties (not limited to):
-Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist with any and all customer needs
-Maintain a clean and organized retail space for customers and coworkers
-Stock retail floor
-Answer questions about merchandise along with general questions about Breckenridge
-Accurately and quickly cash out customers
