🏡 When buying a home, there are a few loan options available to you. I highly recommend connecting with a local mortgage lender to see which option is best for you. 📲

These are the most common loan types:

Conventional Loans:💸
Conventional loans are not backed by the government and typically require a higher credit score and down payment than other loan options. However, they offer a lot of flexibility in terms of loan amount and repayment terms.

FHA Loans: 💰
