Tabata, a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that combines strength and cardio moves, can help increase strength. Tabata workouts alternate between short, intense bursts of energy and brief rest periods, often working the same muscle groups at high intensities. This can help improve muscular endurance and strength

Eat more vegetable (5 servings per I day) + more lean protein (.7-1g per goal body weight)

Increase physical activity ideally things you don't have to recover from (walking, low impact cardio steady-state cardio, cycling)

Drink more water (shoot for a minimum of 80 oz per day

Keep track of all the above or make sure you're hitting your daily weekly goals!
