Current Class Schedule!
Mondays 530 PM POUND (30 minutes)
Tuesdays 530 PM Core Together (30 minutes)
Wednesdays 6 PM Zumba (50 minutes)
Saturdays 8 AM Zumba (45 minutes)

I teach all of these at the Fairborn YMCA. If you are not a member and want to try a class, ask me for a guest pass! Classes are free for YMCA members!

With the YMCA being closed I am not teaching my classes. So.... I am going to post some videos of some routines here for anyone that wants to check them out. It is new for me and a little out of my comfort zone. Have fun, keep moving, and hopefully I will see everyone in class when they resume!
