Bert joined Our Team in June 2018 as Our Kitchen Servant's Heart Leader. He has built a team of Great People and fulfills Our Commitments to Great Food. His discipline and hard work earned him a promotion to Pit Master and the call sign of "Ironman" in May 2022.

"Ironman" has a passion for training and has trained numerous Servant Heart Leaders at his home restaurant. He has also trained Our new Teammates at several new restaurant openings. His dedication to Coaching and Teaching Our Teammates and Preparing Great Food is always at a level of Excellence.

We are proud to have "Ironman" on Our Team. He is one of the Shining STARS of MISSION BBQ.
