Two long years after the events crew made the tough decision to pause races, the Four Court Four Miler made its return on a snowy Saturday in March. The Leprechaun was back to chasing runners up Wilson Blvd, Dave and his staff at Four Courts were pouring pints post-run, and it felt good. 🍀❄️

This Arlington course is downhill for the first half, uphill for the second. The post-race gathering is free of hills and full of beers, with a finish line at Arlington’s favorite Irish pub, Ireland’s Four Courts.

Local DC runner Darien Edwards joined us for our latest installment of Off Day. Even if you don't know Darien personally you might recognize him running past a lot of the scenic landmarks in DC on our social channels or out on a run. Actually, especially on a run since Darien runs nearly every day.

We sent him a polaroid camera and he showed us some of his favorite parts about living, running, and finding community in DC. We tried our best to keep up.

January is often a time for reflection and rejuvenation. We don't believe you need to create a "new" version of yourself every year but we do believe it's a great time to renew yourself and reset a bit. The same goes for us.

This Tuesday and Wednesday (January 18th & 19th) all Pacers locations will be closed so our team can take a breather and spend a little time recharging.

Having photoshoots in the winter is hard. Especially when it’s really cold and the subject lives in Michigan.

Thats why we sent our friend Rahaf Khatib () a disposable camera and some prompts on how she keeps at it even during the cold winter days. The trailblazing mother of 3 was the first hijabi on the cover of a major running publication and has conquered all of the World Majors.

But like most of us, she still doesn’t like running in the snow.

The stay-at-home mother of 3 has conquered the marathon 11 times and the Half Marathon 30 times all while being the first Syrian to complete the Abbott World Major Marathon Majors. In....

Jessica Quillin is a runner, strategist, and fashion editor (and super smart with a phd). We sent Jessica a camera and some prompts to find out what her running routine looks like during the winter and to share some of her favorite running memories with us, including her favorite running memory.

"Hands-down The Chicago Marathon 2019. It was the last proper race I did before the pandemic hit and was where I achieved a significant marathon PR. Paula Radcliffe handed me my medal; I met up with a ton of friends; and, despite falling at mile 21, I felt good the entire race."
