Initial Wrestle Offs this morning followed by some post match recovery and breath work!! We wrestle hard and recover hard! Feeling geared up for our first competition next week💪💪🧘🧘

Our ladies were busy this evening getting the classrooms ready for the kids to begin classes at the School of Polish Language and Culture in Bridgeport 🤗 Thank you ladies for helping our local community❤️🤍

The time has come and our freshmen are starting to arrive on campus 🤗Bailee ,Tiffany and Kelly are all moved-in and ready to begin this new journey! Welcome home Pioneers 🤍❤️

Great news came from Huntington Beach, CA!!! Kira de Brito placed 2nd 🥈 at the U20 National Beach Wrestling Championship in 70kg weight class 🤼‍♀️ She also secured a spot on U20 World Team 👏🏻 🔥 We are so proud of you Kira! Keep it up 💪🏼
