Meet Ken! At age 59, Ken was pre-diabetic with high blood pressure, and very high triglycerides. By eating smart and working out regularly at the new Planet Fitness near his home in Rochester, New York, he’s been able to lower his blood pressure, his triglycerides, AND drop 40lbs in just six months! 💜😌

Meet Charles! Charles has been a Planet Fitness member in beautiful Belton, MO for over three years. He credits fitness, conditioning, and the “wide range of equipment” at Planet Fitness as his secret to staying healthy and avoiding injuries at 80 years old!
