This week, one of our team members was given the opportunity to attend the ground-breaking for the new PACE Place Project (Affordable Housing Program/FHLB). Star City’s PACE Place will be an affordable, state-of-the-art, living space for adults with disabilities. We are so proud to help them navigate construction loans.

This past Saturday the race hosted its 28th annual event which consisted of the 10K and the kids K , and the first ever 5K.
This year’s race hosted 308 race participants with 250 race participants completing the race .

The New Vision Village project, sponsored by MVB Bank, received $750,000 through the Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program to build the first five tiny homes for youth aging out of the foster care system.
