Sustainability is one of Pink Poppy’s core values. One of the ways we achieve this is buying from local growers as much as possible. I had so much fun cutting tulips in the fields today at . Aren’t they beautiful?!
We are proud to partner with and showcase florals from local growers such as and !

Bouquet Saturday!
I absolutely LOVE creating unique bouquets for my brides. It’s definitely one of my favorite parts of being a floral designer.
The bridal bouquet is the star of the show and should be created to not only accent the bride but also create an amazing focal point and memory. I want my brides to remember and cherish their bouquet for years to come.
Here are just a handful of my favorites over the last year! Which one is your favorite?
If you’re looking for bouquet preservation I’d highly recommend .co.

Happy Valentine’s Day and hope your day is filled with love and happiness! ❤️❤️❤️
It’s all about the details! I tend to over do things; I would say it’s most likely my toxic trait. For my wedding, it was no different. I couldn’t stop thinking of cool ideas to incorporate which turned into so many fun elements!
Here’s my (long) list…
1: I created these cute cones to give to all of our guests which had rose petals in them. The cone was pink and lined with paper doilies with a “toss me” note. At the end of the ceremony the officiant asked everyone to throw the petals as we walked down the aisle as husband and wife. It was a super easy and a really cute personal touch.
2: It was an outside spring wedding and I love s’mores so we added a fire pit and a s’mores roasting area! I put together s’mores kits using Graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate to give to guests with a cute little note that said “celebrate s’more!” It was a fun way to end the evening and it was also a super easy and cute gift.
3: As it was a very boho vibe wedding I wanted to bring in some turquoise for some accents and vibrancy. I saw a pin on Pinterest incorporating agate slices and thought omg I NEED that! I thought it would be super fun to add everyone’s name on one and use them as place cards. I used .calligraphy to do all the names and couldn’t have been more happy with how they turned out. GORGEOUS! (I’ll be keeping mine forever tyvm)
4: OK this one wasn’t easy and quick but it WAS amazing and very personal. I wanted to give everyone blankets to take home. Bring the over the top person that I am I decided to make blankets and embroider each one with our names and wedding date. It was crazy and a lot of work but WOW they turned out so beautiful. We only had 24 people at our wedding and I made one for each couple. I make an extra one for us to keep and it’s an amazing memory to cherish.
What details are you incorporating into your wedding thats unique and fun? I’d love to hear about them!
Hope this gives you some fun ideas!
Throwback! Yep that’s me and yep I designed that bouquet about an hour before I had to leave for the ceremony! It’s been almost 3 years since our amazing wedding and I have to tell you I had an absolute blast planning and designing every detail.
This was my first boho wedding and the reason why my love for the boho style exploded into what it is today.
In the coming weeks I will be sharing more pictures of our florals and the unique details including all the amazing vendors and artists who helped to make my dream wedding come to life!
Happened upon a show in Seattle today! Gorgeous work by all the designers! I love that I’m part of a select few who’ve been a participant in these amazing shows.

One of my favorite things is buying flowers from local growers. Today’s wedding was all about Zinnias! The bride really wanted this gorgeous flower but for the most part is out of season.
Fortunately I was able to find Maria who owns . She grows zinnias and had the exact colors I needed!
Over the last few months I’ve looked forward to hearing updates on how the zinnias were growing. I ended up clearing her fields, taking over 150 stems.
Thank you the bride was over the moon happy!
Capturing a couples vision is so important!
Recently a bride sent me this picture from their honeymoon because it reminded them of their ceremony florals. She expressed how amazing the wedding florals truly encapsulated their vision.
As a wedding florist, this is the best compliment I could possibly receive! 🥰
