Our Story
Hello! I’m Joyce Fitzgerald,
I was born and raised in Fallbrook. In 1999, I began my career as a hairdresser. Interesting enough, I had my sights set on grad school to become a therapist for at risk youth. One day it just hit me; I wanted to be a hairdresser. I had no idea where the idea came from or what it inspired it but, I was sure! So I listened, and 3 weeks later I was in beauty school. That was 20 years ago.
I embrace the flexibility that hairdressing offers for my family. I am able to work 3-4 days allowing me to care for my family the rest of the week. My husband and I are blessed with an adult daughter and twin 5-year-olds. When I’m not in the salon, you can find me in the gym or out for a run most days of the week. I find that there is nothing better than a good workout. Health and fitness are an important part of who I am. After a morning sweat session, the twins and I are off on an adventure to the zoo, beach, or park with friends. The twins keep me on my toes!
To feed my hunger for knowledge and inspiration, I continue my education by regularly attending classes and events. I have extensive training in haircutting, coloring, highlighting, and balayage.
