Chief Wigington and I appreciate the time you all have taken out of your busy schedules so far this week to help us celebrate YOU and National Public Health Week.

Just in case you missed it, we launched a new Public Health website on milSuite that we hope will make your jobs and lives easier across the Air
Force. The new site can be found at:
(https://www.milsuite.mil/book/community/spaces/usafphamilymatters). Please bookmark and follow this page to keep up-to-date on new and exciting improvements and additions.

The new milSuite site will eventually replace the PH Kx page. From this point on, all new and future information pertinent to our career field will be posted to the milSuite site. We have already transferred over the vast majority of the current and updated content from the Kx to the new site, and we will keep the remaining holdover useful items as archives when the Kx migrates to Azure GovCloud. There is no need to mass download documents for
safekeeping.

If you have already had a chance to poke around on the new site, you may have noticed that 4 standardized Occupational Health tools have been posted and featured on the site. They are also attached to this email for your convenience and immediate use. These tools are to replace any locally developed documents of the same subject.

The attached memorandum serves as DAF Public Health guidance for use of these guides, tools, checklists, and forms until applicable DAF guidance is updated to incorporate use of these documents. Utilization of standardized checklists and forms is mandatory.

These new tools are just a start to showcasing the hard work of our standardization working group and just a start to our promise to focus back on the Basics. Our priority is to ensure we provide you all with best guidance and tools to effectively accomplish the mission every day. Thank you to those bases who have allowed our program experts to support these efforts thus far, and we appreciate your willingness to continue to do so in the future!

Please direct any questions or concerns you have regarding these new products through your respective MAJCOMs.
