Mealtimes during eating disorder recovery can be overwhelming. I will be holding a lunch time meal support group this summer. The group will be facilitated by a Registered Dietitian who will guide the group discussion. Specific nutrition recommendations will not be provided. Email [email protected] to register or get more information.
