We build 100% affordable, deed- restricted neighborhoods on town-owned land that blend into their surrounding areas, with shingle style Cape Cod houses that include a buffer zone of undeveloped land for independent home-ownership for low to moderate income individuals. The Gerald Flynn House

We are pleased to announce that the Housing Trust, The 300 Committee and the MA Division of Conservation Services will purchase property at 419 Waquoit Highway for conservation land abutting Bourne Pond and construction of affordable work force housing for sale at Waquoit Highway. The Housing Trust is very excited to be a part of this project that will allow for open space preservation while helping to address Falmouth's affordable housing crisis!

Falmouth Housing Trust held its annual Building Dreams in Falmouth Fundraising Reception on Thursday, October 27th at the Woods Hole Golf Club.
With a view of Quissett Harbor, guests enjoyed drinks and appetizer as they mingled and heard from President, Addie Drolette and Executive Director, Karen Bissonnette on current project to increase the Town’s workforce housing opportunities. Martha’s Vineyard Bank was the major sponsor of the event and Luke Murphy, Managing Director of Martha’s Vineyard Bank Trust and Investment Services spoke about the Bank’s commitment to workforce housing efforts.
The evening included a silent auction and a live auction with Auctioneer Extraordinaire, Victoria Chapman. The evening was immensely successful, raising over $68,000, in supporting the Falmouth House Trust’s mission to enhance the community of Falmouth by developing and maintaining sustainable, affordable workforce housing.

The three foundations at Lewis Neck Road have been poured! There will be a lottery for these workforce deed-restricted homes this fall.

This extraordinary gift will help us build three affordable homes for those whose income is 80%-100% of Area Median Income. The housing lottery for these homes will take place by the end of the year.
