Yesterday was a bit of a struggle for me. Mentally and emotionally, but I did my best and my best looked like this. I know I didn’t eat enough yesterday, this was my only meal. I didn’t intend for that to happen but I was too exhausted to make anything else. Last night before bed I really wanted icecream but I chose to have some graham crackers & pb 👏 anyone else have comfort foods they gravitate towards when they are upset?
I really wanted a Coke Zero and pb m&ms 😝 but settled for this instead 🤷♀️ progress not perfection.

So today I woke up and wasn’t hungry at all. I took my vitamins and drank a keto UP.
By 4:00 I started feeling a little hungry so I ate two slices of cooked ham. Started making dinner which tonight for me was a huge baked potato, with cheese and bacon and I paired it with a leftover airfried chicken thigh.
I ate almost all of it along with drinking water all day. Ended the night with a Keto kick- caffeine free Neuro chill to help relax and get me the best sleep possible.
Tomorrow I plan on starting my morning workouts / run on the treadmill and I know it’s going to kick my ass but I’m ready for it.
I am going to force myself out of the house to take walks as many times a day as I can.
Step 1 wake up tomorrow and don’t let the anxiety win. 💪💪💪
So today I decided to do some meal prepping for the week to set myself up for success!
I washed and dried blackberries & blueberries for low carb parfaits.
I airfried some burger Patties, chicken thighs and mini potatoes.
I didn’t get to finish but I will make some hard boiled eggs and some tuna salad tomorrow!
Today I drank a Tangerine Sun keto UP, snacked on the berries, a few simple mills choc chip cookies, this jerky, had three beef hotdogs with relish and spicy mustard and for dinner I am having a snack plate!

I am aiming for whole foods, dairy free/minimal dairy and low carb/low sugar!
Fasted til 3
Lunch:
Arnold keto thin
Cooked ham
Yellow Mustard
Pickle
Terro veggie chips
Snack:
Caramel rice cake
Peanut butter
Lily dark Choc chips
Raw walnuts
Dinner:
Jamaican jerk marinade chicken thigh
Sauteed mini red peppers
2 Reeds zero sugar ginger beer
& I’ll update this if I end up eating anything else today!
My goal for the next week is to not have anything off plan til Friday. 👋🥰

I am on a mission to eliminate as much processed foods and dairy from myself and my children’s diet.
The difference in how I feel and my body reacts when I eat dairy and sugars…it is awful. I am so thankful for ketones and my team for pushing me and keeping me accountable when needed.

Todays lunch was phenomenal and literally took me 10 mins! Trader Joe’s Turkey burger in the air fryer til done, then threw in my Real good foods cauli tots for 7 mins, few strips of bacon next and while that was cooking I cut up some peppers! Had my favorite zero carb/zero sugar AF ginger beer on the side with some Mayo and low sugar Heinz ketchup!
Super quick and easy keto/low carb lunch!
