One of my favorite parts about what I do, is being able to call someone and tell them they are under contract on a house they love. Over this past year, those calls became fewer and further between.
For this particular family, I had to tell them at least 10 times (we lost count!) that their incredible offer was not chosen. 😩 Week after week of more tears, more frustration, and the feeling of defeat hanging heavy. But we persevered, they never gave up.
