Did you know we have some land for sale? We have variously sized parcels available near the FM Area Diversion. ❓Why? The MFDA acquired some additional land from property owners that requested we purchase a larger portion of their land than was needed for the project. According to our policy, we are reviewing our asset lands and determining which parcels are ready to be offered for sale to member entities, previous property owners, neighboring property owners and the public. ❓When? Parcels are listed on our website once the co-executive directors and MFDA Board approve it for sale. ❓How? View the parcels online and contact us if you're interested in purchasing one. This will be on a first come, first served basis. https://fmdiversion.gov/land-management/land-sales/?utm_campaign=coschedule&utm_source=facebook_page&utm_medium=FM%20Area%20Diversion%20Project
