There are no 0️⃣ down payment requirements for a USDA loan! For qualified, low-income applicants, USDA offers up to 💯% financing; and closing costs and prepaid charges can also be financed into the loan.

Every lender may impose their own overlays ✍️ on an FHA loan, such as credit score. For example, the FHA states that you only need a 580 credit score when putting 3.5% down. Some lenders may ask for 640 instead. We lend to the FHAs exact guidelines without any additional overlays.

An FHA loan is ✨versatile✨ No matter your income, it offers more benefits than a conventional loan, and you don't have to be a first time homebuyer to benefit. Speak to your loan officer about and FHA loan and have them walk you through the monthly and yearly calculations!
