Butler Machinery recently held CAT Care Meetings throughout North Dakota for our customers! We reviewed machine operations, maintenance, safety and answered some great questions. These meetings strengthen our relationships and we couldn't be more grateful!

A big thank you to our incredible customers for embarking on this journey with Butler Machinery! With 2,812 exhibitors from 52 countries and a staggering 470,000 visitors from 149 countries, AGRITECHNICA in Hanover, Germany, truly set the stage for an unforgettable experience.

Our trip included stops in Hanover, Munich and Berlin — however, the highlight was undoubtedly our visit to the Fendt Factory in Marktoberdorf. It was an honor to witness the craftsmanship and dedication behind the scenes!

Congratulations to our incredible team at Butler Machinery! On December 1, we marked the graduation of our dedicated employees from the 'Fundamentals of Butler Leadership' program — an annual tradition designed to develop strong and consistent leaders.

Over the past five months, we've conducted sessions that cover Butler's history, DiSC profiles, communication best practices, navigating difficult conversations, understanding business financials and more.

Each step of the way, they demonstrated unwavering commitment to their personal and professional growth. It's truly remarkable to witness the depth of talent and dedication within our Butler family!

Butler celebrated a fantastic corporate holiday social this week, complete with our brand-new milestone awards!

Employees proudly received their milestone plaques, marking 5-year increments of dedicated service. From five years to an impressive 35 years, our team's commitment is truly remarkable. Plus, we added a festive touch with our "ugly" sweaters — because who says milestones can't be stylish and fun?
