💚 Feel Good Friday 💚

In a heartwarming turn of events Tuesday, a pet iguana named Mako was successfully rescued after spending several days high up in a tree. Mako had managed to escape through his owner’s window screen and climb three stories up, where he decided to stay.

Local volunteers initially attempted to rescue Mako but found the height too challenging without the proper equipment. That’s when Jonas and Ethan from JS Land Improvement stepped in. Equipped with the necessary tools, they joined forces with two volunteers, Cindy and Ashley, to carry out the rescue operation.

This incredible rescue effort, conducted entirely by volunteers, showcased the community's spirit. Jonas and Ethan, who could have charged for their time and equipment, chose to help out of the kindness of their hearts. Their selfless act ensured Mako’s safe return home.

Thanks to the quick action and generosity of Jonas, Ethan, Cindy, and Ashley, everyone can rest easy knowing Mako is safe.
