Thank you to the awesome students and staff at The University of Jamestown! We had a great time feeding incoming frosh on a perfect summer night. We fed over 200 meals in 3 hours. Great music, great people. Have a great school year, everyone!
What an AMAZING event, in a little box canyon at Theodore Roosevelt National Park. This was a collaboration, featuring 's outstanding menu and 's fantastic eye and coordination.
The mobile kitchen logged 14 hours of driving time, including keeping 's sorbet frozen all the way there!

She sold me the Le Creole Trap food trailer in Richmond Virginia nearly a year ago, and what a year it has been!
The trailer had some great features, but it needed a lot of TLC. I was able to build this kitchen out to what I've dreamt it would be: a customizable kitchen suitable for any event in any location.
We are tickled to announce that the mobile kitchen is ready for your next event, big or small, fancy or simple, anywhere, and anytime!π
