A gym can have unique equipment, lots of weights, cool lighting, loud music, you name it, but at the end of the day it is all about the people who step through that front door. It’s all about the community. And by far the best thing about being apart of a gym is the people you meet, the relationships you build, and the community you become apart of. 🤝🏻

Through the gym community we have met so many amazing people and we are thankful everyday for each and every one of you!!

Today, more than ever, we are extremely grateful for the men and women who serve in our military, police, and first responders and want aim to show our appreciation in any way we can!

Our amazing life long friend gifted us this Marine flag(slide 1) a couple years ago as he was departing the FM area as he continued to serve our country. The message and the sentiment behind the gift of this flag means the world to us!

Just last month, we had the privilege of meeting as he was coming through Fargo and was looking for a gym to train at. He was an amazing guy and we thanked him for stopping by and before he departed he brought us a Marine flag(slide 2) for which was an awesome surprise!

Thank you to EVERYONE who came out this weekend to check out the new EvoFit!! You guys are absolutely amazing. The support and the community we have around us is unmatched!! We cannot express how much it means to us and how good it feels to have you guys come check out the gym and be able to experience it with y’all!! 💙

Moving forward this week, our gym hours will be 6am to 10pm at the North location!! We will be staffed the entire time we are open so cmon in to sign up, get a day pass, or snag a tour and come check out all the equipment and lighting 😎. We will soon be up and running 24/7 and we will definitely make an announcement when that goes into place! Thank you for everyone’s patience and come check us out and get a lift in between 6am and 10pm this week!!

When we designed our Viking press, one detail we knew that had to be included was giving it unilateral capabilities. This detail gives the user the ability to use the machine both bilaterally and unilaterally, which gives our Viking press more versatility for the users training regiment.

With a simple pull and twist of a k**b, you can quickly and easily change the arms from acting together as one unit, to acting independently of one another and pressing them separately.
