It is a 4-day program focused on developing power and speed that includes foundational strength movements as well as some injury prevention.
Each workout is an hour and a half long and capped at eight participants. Be sure to register before it's too late!

It is a 4-day program focused on rotational power output and includes some foundational strength and speed movements.
Each workout is an hour and a half long. Classes are kept at 8 participants so be sure to register before it's too late.

At Strength Society, our coaches do more than just exercise programming and coaching athletes through exercises on their program.
In between sets or before/after workouts they spend time talking about various things to make sure the client experience as a whole is well rounded.
From talking about the mechanics of a baseball swing, throwing mechanics, supplementation, the importance of sleep & recovery, etc. not one second is wasted when you step inside of our facility!
Starting July 11 through August 5, every Monday & Wednesday at 12:30pm, .athlete.365 will be hosting Elite Mental Strength Training.
In this 8-session program, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in learning mental tools to increase mental strength, as we cover all the bases from Preparation to Performance. No matter what sport(s) in which you compete, we will learn, discuss, & practice multiple facets of mental strength, such as:
☑️ Stress Management
☑️ Motivation
☑️ Visualization
☑️ And more!
Above is a visual of one of the tools you will have the opportunity to create. You will create Routines & Soundtracks based on what you currently do to prep for competition, but even more importantly, how you wish you to show up to competition.
These assignments are meant to be applied to & during the game or event, but your strength training sessions are a great place to put these new tools into practice!

We are excited to announce Grit Physical Therapy is now offering Sports Recovery services for Strength Society Athletes!
These are 30 minute, 1-on-1 sessions to address any soreness or tension through soft tissue work, dry needling, and/or cupping. These sessions are perfect for recovery after a weekend long tournament or to get you feeling right for your next big event.

Hey Strength Society Fam! Meet Veronica Trujillo - Our newest Strength & Conditioning Coach!
Veronica attended Southwestern Christian University and received her degree in Kinesiology. She is in the process of obtaining her C.S.C.S.
Veronica has played soccer since she was 4 years old. She played competitively through high school and then attended and played at Richland Junior College for two years. She then transferred to SCU where she became captain of the soccer team.
Veronica was the Head Coach of the JV Soccer Team and the Assistant Coach for the Varsity Team at Bishop McGuinness High School in Oklahoma City.
Other than soccer, she enjoys running, watching sports, listening to music, playing with her niece Logan, and is a bit of a sneaker head.
