Introducing our stellar MIC Youth Group leaders for DCYC this weekend! 🌟 Blessed and oh-so-international, because hey, we’re just that cool 😎😂

🙏Our MIC youth and young adult ministry comes together in prayer for the soul of our beloved Marcos Lugo from The Vineyard-Young Adult Group, and extending heartfelt condolences to his grieving family. We give thanks to God for the privilege of knowing Marcos, cherishing the moments filled with enriching conversations and laughter. Marcos received the sacraments of Baptism and First Holy Communion here at MIC. In the brief time we shared, Marcos consistently radiated kindness, respect, and joy. Your infectious smile after Sunday Mass will be deeply missed, Marcos. May you rest in peace, and please hug Jesus for us.

🌹Jacquelyn Smith is Speakers Bureau Director for the Catholic Pro-Life Community and has worked for the Respect Life Ministry of the Diocese of Dallas since 1999. Pro-Life work is her passion, and she feels blessed to have it as her career. She holds a degree in Elementary Education and a Masters in Theology, both from the University of Dallas. She has spoken on Respect Life issues at the Dallas Ministry Conference, Teach for Life Conference and to thousands of youth and adults at parishes and schools. Jacquelyn is Founder of Pro-Life Boot Camp which just celebrated its 21st year of training and activating teens to be today’s young pro-life leaders. Jacquelyn is a wife of 19 years. Her most important pro-life work is being mother to 12 children; 6 on Earth ages 16, 14, 13, 11, 9, and 5 and 6 babies in heaven, 1 lost 28 hours after birth due to complications from Trisomy 18 and 5 lost by miscarriage.
