Our ideal candidate understands the intricacies/ nuances of working with diverse retailers- from large to small stores- and sees that the customer requests and inquiries are attended to in a professional and timely manner.

Preferred/ Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service
- Understanding of order processing and timelines
- Ability to learn product information and develop a rapport with customers

We are looking for an enthusiastic E-commerce Technical writer / content specialist to help support and expand the presence of our brand and products.
The ideal candidate will understand the best practices of maintaining standards of excellence across content channels, including ensuring the accuracy of media and imagery. He or she will develop a deep knowledge of our product details and be familiar with e-commerce strategies such as meta-tags, keywords, and tag lines in order to increase sales. The ideal candidate will be working in close collaboration with sales, customer service, operations and IT to develop and maintain a centralized product information management system. The candidate will be a resource for writing, editing and proofreading needs for all marketing staff, and will also play a key role in developing new marketing communications initiatives and collateral.
This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset; no task is too big or small for the ideal candidate in this fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful e-commerce strategies on platforms like Amazon and Wayfair
