CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - ON SITE (not remote)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced customer service representative to join our growing team and represent our company’s values of quality merchandise, timely shipping, and professional communications with customers.
Our ideal candidate understands the intricacies/ nuances of working with diverse retailers- from large to small stores- and sees that the customer requests and inquiries are attended to in a professional and timely manner.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
Preferred/ Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service
- Understanding of order processing and timelines
- Ability to learn product information and develop a rapport with customers
- Good organization and time management skills. Ability to multi task and adhere to timelines
- Team player with a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience/ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks a Plus
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts in assigned territory
- Process orders, perform inventory checks, communicate order confirmation, obtain approvals and prepare shipping paperwork
- Obtain quotes for shipping rates and send timely notifications of order status to customer
- Process replacements, exchanges, returns and warranty requests
- Maintain daily checklist of open orders and stay on top of follow ups
- Support regional sales representatives and customers in providing product information
- Work in QuickBooks to notate customer transactions
- Represent company values and adhere to policies under CSR manager

It is key to build a rapport with the Dept. manager, maintain supplier metrics and be able to resolve issues. We are looking for an enthusiastic E-commerce Technical writer / content specialist to help support and expand the presence of our brand and products.
The ideal candidate will understand the best practices of maintaining standards of excellence across content channels, including ensuring the accuracy of media and imagery. He or she will develop a deep knowledge of our product details and be familiar with e-commerce strategies such as meta-tags, keywords, and tag lines in order to increase sales. The ideal candidate will be working in close collaboration with sales, customer service, operations and IT to develop and maintain a centralized product information management system. The candidate will be a resource for writing, editing and proofreading needs for all marketing staff, and will also play a key role in developing new marketing communications initiatives and collateral.
This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset; no task is too big or small for the ideal candidate in this fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful e-commerce strategies on platforms like Amazon and Wayfair
• Proven ability to oversee social media campaigns and monitor daily for ways to drive traffic
• Strong writing skills; demonstrated experience preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Solutions-oriented, ability to manage multiple tasks under tight schedule and with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
• Understand every aspect of the product and accounts at a granular level
• Evolve and manage product selection, imagery, media and product content
• Foster strong relationships with online account managers and sales representatives to ensure we're always aware of new opportunities and maximizing our sales. This includes attending occasional trade shows and vendor summits
• Contribute to the development of new internal and external-facing materials, including drafting compelling content, to support our messaging and strategic business goals to be used across all communication channels, including social media and digital properties
• Update product, submit and review data on customer’s platform and website
• Make sure the brand is well represented on our accounts’ websites
• Actively create product content across all digital channels to engage customers and maximize exposure on all platforms

Experience:
o Computer Literate with strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
o Knowledge of payables and receivables requirements and compliance
o Able to handle a broad spectrum receivables, including disputes.
o Excellent organization and communication skills

Job summary:
We are looking for a zealous A/P - A/R to support the Controller in its daily activities including financial transactions, chart of accounts, and A/P entries.
The role includes:
o Receive; verify and post transactions – customer payments and bill payments
o Maintain company ledger, reconcile and balance accounts.
o Journal Entries
o Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
o Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
o Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
