A wonderful highlight of our Business Development Director, Ashley Cummings! Every week is a good week to celebrate women in our industry.

It's great to see the Elkins School District, Elkins AR's new competition gym taking shape. The 43,000 square-foot facility will seat 1,332 spectators and will feature an entrance lobby, main gymnasium area, coaches' offices, varsity locker rooms, visitor locker rooms, weight room, training room, hospitality, and concessions. We're looking forward to seeing how this facility will serve the community. Go, Elks!

The Bentonville Pet Resource Center will be one of the largest facilities for animals in the region, spanning 20,000-square-feet on 6 acres. The facility will not only be a place for adoptions but will also offer dog-training classes, a pet pantry, low-cost spays and neuters, and assistance for pet owners to support pets and their families. The project is on schedule for completion later this year. We are proud to be a part of such a community-centered project!

For we'd like to take a moment to consider all of the different skills and talents it takes to take a project from concept to a finished project. Thanks to the various STEM fields, Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics, we can support the many important aspects of a community such as schools, stadiums, hospitals, and apartment buildings.

Last week Director of Business Development Ashley Cummings attended the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Arkansas State Convention to share about the cutting-edge prefabrication options TCM can offer. The event offered two and a half days full of thought-provoking, forward-thinking sessions. We enjoyed being a part of this event!

Amber Routheaux is one of our valued Project Administrators. She manages contracts, processes change orders and pay applications, and ensures project closeout at completion. These elements are imperative to keeping our projects organized and ensuring thoroughness.

Amber has a 20-year background in vendor management, managing software and cybersecurity contracts for Fortune 500 companies so she is well versed in contract management. She left the corporate world in Wisconsin in 2021 and started with us. When asked why she is glad to be a part of TCM, she says, “I look forward to coming to work every day! The TCM team takes pride in providing high-quality work from start to finish on all projects. I am proud to be a member of the TCM team!” And we are proud to have Amber’s attention to detail, thoroughness, and timeliness in supporting our projects.

Project Coordinators like Rafael Chavez, are critical to the success of our projects. They help to coordinate materials and keep processes running according to the plan. Rafael is highly organized, knowledgeable, and prompt. We are grateful to have him on our team.

After receiving his degree in Urbanism and Social Sciences, he gained experience in commercial construction management. TCM Enterprises is the right place for him because he is passionate about collaborating on projects and growing both personally and professionally while working as a team. Outside of work, Rafael enjoys reading and spending time outside with his family and dogs.
