Hello everyone!! Belated Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Birthday and anniversary to all of you that I’ve missed. How have you been? Let me first apologize for my absence and not posting in a while! A lot has changed since I last posted. I have moved to a new state, am revamping my business, I’m in the process of reorganizing my inventory and planning what classes will be provided when I launch again. I’m loving the end result!!! Complete with 44 removable sections for ease of use. It also has space for additional colors. This is one of several that I will be making by hand from start to finish.

The sorting process is now done!! Now in to a new storage that will make it easier to use and keep up with my inventory!!!

If you have a passion for all things paper, then you know exactly where I'm coming from. I can honestly say, Paper Crafting has truly been a great source of relaxation and a great way to work through depression, stress, anxiety, separation from friend and family and more.

When I made the decision to cross over into the world of Paper Crafting, I had know idea just how how many tools where out there. Over the next several days, I want to share with you what I feel are some Essential Paper Crafting Tools.

Day 4: Score Board : When choosing a Score Board, I would have say again, chose what works best for you and what you want your end result to be. Again, there are several deferent types and sizes out there for you to try, again simply choose what works for you. I have 2 different Score Boards, The EK Success EK Tools (this is a more stationary board for me because it doesn't fold in on itself ) and We R Memory Keepers Trim & Score Board (this is a a great option for traveling because it gives you the best of both worlds, a score boards and cutter in one. The only draw back is having to replace the cutting blade frequently.)

Day 3: Cutting Mat: When choosing a cutting surface what I have found to work best for me are cutting mats that are self-healing. Again, there are several deferent types and sizes out there for you to try and choose what works for you. As for me the cutting mats that I use are Fiskars 12x18 in Self-Healing Cutting Mat (this is a more stationary mat for me, so I use this at home depending on my work space) and We R Memory Keepers Tri Fold Magnetic Mat (this is a new purchase for me so this will become a traveling cutting surface for me).

Day 2: Scissors/ Paper Cutter: Again this is an area that is trial and error as you test out the multitude of scissors and paper cutters out there, to find what you like to work with and what gives you the quality cut that you're looking for. As for me, I have narrowed it down to Fiskars DIY ProCision Trimmer Tool (this is rather large so I use this at home only), Fiskars SureCut Deluxe Paper Trimmer (this is what I use to travel with), Tonic Studios: Tim Holtz Non Stick Scissors, and EK Success Cutter Bee Precision Scissors.

Day1: Glue/ Adhesive/ Double sided tape.... this is an area that is trial and error as you test out the multitude of adhesives out there to find what you like to work with. As for me, I have narrowed it down to Double sided tape by Scrapbook.com, Aniann and Pro Sticky (on Amazon) and Liquid Glue by Art Institute Glitter (Art Glitter Glue), and Fiber Fix by Beacon.
