Using My Super Power to Help Youth Develop Theirs Help
Originally I opened my doors for training youth that’s my absolute favorite part about being a trainer! I don’t mind being a weight loss coach, I don’t mind helping people sculpt there bodies but when it boils down to what I love doing Teaching Children how to do work correctly, how to be more mentally tough, how they have to have patience with progress in life and work hard for it is something I know will Long term make them a better person.

I like to change the workout up so we go outside, we do boxing cardio, we lift, we do HIIT, etc. if we don’t mix it up Training gets boring and that’s how we make excuses to not be consistent... So mix it up a lil bit...
