Classes are canceled for Monday, February 23rd at the 606 Hobson Street location. An alternative location, J's Fit Factory, will be available for classes starting Tuesday until our new location is ready.

J's Fit Factory is located at 3201 Raeford Rd near Owen Dr. and the McPherson Church Rd intersection. Please contact your individual instructor and determine times for training. Or... Email [email protected] for information.

After much consideration we had to make the decision to reduce our overhead costs to continue to bring you good training at an affordable price. We are not a school without you. Great job on the Demos at the Dogwood Festival yesterday. If you are coming out today, be aware, the mat gets very hot, wear shoes that you can wear while performing (ie. be prepared to perform in your sneakers).
