This is what you do in a pinch, when you don’t have time to cook a true Lean and Green - throw 6 to 8 chicken breasts in a crockpot, with three zucchinis, 2-3 bell peppers or sweet peppers, 1/4 an onion and seasonings ! No need for chicken broth, the vegetables will make their own!  Add a bit of sour cream, low-fat cheese, a couple totrilla strips and serve! 
Forgot to post this the other night. Just threw this together myself. Chucken thighs, fresh zucchini and sweet peppers and cajun seasoning. Topped it with some cheddar cheese and low-fat, sour cream. It was like tortilla soup! 
Did the herb and cheddar biscuit (which I don’t really like) with some everything bagel seasoning, and cooked two fried eggs to make a sandwich. Amazing! I will eat my biscuits this way from now on. The eggs are my Lean and I had a salad for dinner. 💪👏❤️
Leftover ham and scrambled eggs. Now I’ve had my Lean and tonight I will eat a salad for my Green!
