In 1998 Bruce and Molly Arnold and their daughter, Rhonda Yocum, purchased 227 Hay St. in historic downtown Fayetteville, NC. Our goal was to renovate the then-condemned building in accordance with the standards of the Historic Preservation Office. The storefront is original including the leaded glass panel. Upstairs houses a one bedroom apartment and downstairs is the home of some of the best coffee in Fayetteville.
We hope to see you there.
