Late to world mental health day but thought I would share some of the stigmas people suffering from mental health issues have to encounter while they are alive vs the things that happen after a suicide occurs. There should not be such a giant chasm here. We have to continue fighting for change with this!!

I was told by a previous associate that no one wants to hear us speaking up about mental health, especially in regards to men's mental health. I found it interesting that 71 percent of our audience on Spotify are male. It seems that
our lyrics are fulfilling the purpose they were meant to. 🤘

Just wanted to pop in to say...even if the world tells you that emotions and the need for help makes you weak don't believe them. Speak up and tell those around you what is happening so they can help you. Seek professional help! I can NOT recommend enough finding a therapist that you vibe with. I have had countless individuals in my life benefit greatly from the correct therapist and psychiatrist. There is NO SHAME in needing professional help. There is NO SHAME in admitting you are struggling. Don't let the world beat you down and make you ashamed of the brain you were born with.
