We knew this day was coming, but as our final day in Rogers and Fayetteville is upon (Thursday the 25th) a few thoughts come to mind:
1. None of this is possible without our staff. Bakers who arrive at Bliss around 2 or 3am to bake fresh from scratch every morning for the past 14 years and counter employees, many working their first 'real job', learning how to work in a retail environment. A special shoutout to our Head Baker, Renee, who has been with us for a decade!
2. A heartfelt thank you to the Bliss fans who have supported our little cupcake shop off the Downtown Fayetteville square since 2009 and encouraged us to expand. Thank you for the kind words over the last several weeks. Being in the restaurant business is tough. Hearing or reading your encouragement recently has been so refreshing.
3. We still have one more day, and we are geared up to pump out as many cupcakes, macarons, cookie sandwiches, and Bliss for Pups as we can!! We will be open at 10am and will stay open until 9pm, or until we sell out.

The pictures show the kids have grown up, and the adults have a few more gray hairs.

If you are interested in equipment, supplies, etc...you can stop by tomorrow, but our main focus for selling that stuff will be Friday at 9am in both Rogers and Fayetteville.

Jonesboro and Fort Smith will continue to operate.

Graduation is upon us at the University of Arkansas campus! Check out the new Class of '23 graduation cakes we have. The cake below is a two-layer Chocolate Chip cookie cake. The second cake is a two-layer Gluten Free Tuxedo Cake. One-layer Class of '23 cakes are $49.99 and feed roughly 20. Two-layer cakes are $99.99 and feed roughly 40. All cakes must be preordered. We will have Razorback-themed cupcakes and cookies in store on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday!

Gratitude! Gratitude is the word that comes to mind as we announce that May 25th will be the last day Bliss will be open in Fayetteville and Rogers. We are so thankful for a community that has supported our little cupcake shop for 14 years. We are incredible grateful for all the employees who have baked or served cupcakes, macarons, Bliss for Pups, cookie sandwiches, and so many more delectable Bliss creations over the years.

We are announcing our closing date now so that everyone who has a Bliss gift card to use can do so. Or for those of you yearning for your last Bliss fix can indulge once or twice more. If you have an order placed after May 25th, we will be reaching out to you this week.

We have tons of fun days in front of us: May the 4th for all the Star Wars fans, Cinco de Mayo this Friday, Mother's Day, and Graduations all over NWA. Keep an eye out for how to place your orders!
