It’s important to give your hair what it needs or is asking for when it needs it, trims and shape up are a must even in between chemical services to relieve your hair from any damage, dryness, or hair that is just plain dead and needs to come OFF! Hair is just like anything else on your body it has to be nourished and maintained! Think about how much our hair goes through between what’s going on in the inside of our bodies and from the environment around us!
SOOO cut that dead off and give your hair room for healthy new growth! But also remember a little can go along way!
