Alpha Academy In-Person Orientations

Welcome back to our returning students, and a warm welcome to our new students joining the Timberwolf family!

Attending the in-person Orientation is essential as it helps our staff plan effectively for the upcoming school year. It also provides you, as parents and guardians, with the opportunity to meet our staff and tour the facility.

Location: Main Auditorium

Orientation Schedule:

Tuesday, August 13th: Elementary, Grades Pre-K-5th | 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Wednesday, August 14th: Middle School, Grades 6th-8th | 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Thursday, August 15th: High School, Grades 9th-12th | 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Important Note:
If you have more than one student enrolled at different grade levels, please attend a single orientation session. However, if one of your students is in high school, we ask that you attend the High School session.

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! On behalf of Alpha Academy, we extend an invitation for parents and students to view our Virtual Orientation Webinar! This is an important opportunity for parents to gain information about school programs and student life.

In-person orientations will also be hosted on August 13th (Pre-K-5th), August 14th (Middle School), and August 15th (High School). Parents may drop-in any time between the hours of 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If more than one student is enrolled, families may choose to go only to the High School Orientation on August 15th.

Alpha Academy Uniform Shirt Pickup Procedures

Parents and guardians of Alpha Academy students, please be advised that after placing your uniform shirt order, our office will notify you via phone call when your order is ready for pickup. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we kindly ask that you wait for this notification before coming to the school. Once you receive the call, you can come to the front office to pick up your order. Your cooperation helps us manage the distribution effectively and ensures that all orders are handled promptly. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

New Student Enrollment

Monday, January 29th – Friday, March 22nd, the “2024-25 Lottery Application” will be open to all new student enrollees. New student applicants who wish to attend Alpha Academy for the 24-25 school year must complete the Lottery application between January 29th – March 22nd. Once the application has been completed, you will be notified on the week of March 25th if your application has been selected from the lottery. To complete an application, visit the school’s website, under Admissions, click “Apply”. Once you are on the application page, click “Lottery Application 2024-2025” and complete the application. An application must be submitted for each student applying for the upcoming school year. The Lottery Application is for NEW students only. If you have any questions concerning the application process or student enrollment, please contact the front at (910) 223-7711.
