The Collegiate Recover Program from partners FTCC and Methodist University will recognize International Overdose Awareness Day on Saturday, Aug. 31 with a pair of events honoring the memory of those who have reached the end of their journey.

💜 A Bike Rally Kickoff will start at FTCC's Tony Rand Student Center at 4 p.m. Kickstands up at 4:10 p.m.

💜 Join us at Methodist's Matthews Ministry Center from 5-7:30 p.m. for a reception, a sharing of poetry, candlelight vigil, and the opportunity to make NARCAN kits.

These events are held in collaboration with N.C. Harm Reduction Coalition, Cumberland-Fayetteville Opioid Response Team, and Cumberland County.

In observance of Labor Day, FTCC will be closed Monday, Sept. 2. Enjoy your day!

Walker Endowed Scholarship for students studying Business Administration. This scholarship will be a wonderful legacy in honor of Daisy and her sister Gloria who both retired from FTCC.
